What warranty do I get?

All RC products have a 3-month limited warranty on their electronic parts, from the date of purchase: speed controllers (ESC), receivers and transmitters, motors, battery management systems, circuit boards and electronic modules. If one is defective, contact us within the 3 months with your order number and a description of the problem, and we'll repair or replace the part. Mechanical parts, crash or water damage, modifications, normal wear and batteries (unless faulty on arrival) aren't covered. Full terms: Terms and Conditions, section 12.

Email info@goldlandrc.com for a return number (RMA) and the return address, then send the item back in its original packaging; return shipping is paid by the buyer, and we recommend a tracked service. We process your refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving and checking the item. Exchanges are possible within 30 days of purchase for new, unused items. Built-to-order models can't be refunded for a change of mind once production has started. If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we'll arrange a refund or exchange.
