RETURNS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@goldlandrc.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the appropriate address.

Some products can be returned to our address in Hong Kong, while others may be returned to our warehouses in Europe, Canada, or the USA. To receive the full return address for your product, please contact us at info@goldlandrc.com.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exchange

Items can be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that all items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached to be eligible for exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will notify you and offer alternative options or issue a store credit.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange, and we recommend using a trackable method for shipping your exchange.
