Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Every product page shows an estimated delivery date for that product, calculated from the day you order. Models marked "Custom Build, Time Required" are built to order, and their build time is already included in that date. Warehouses and delivery times by country: shipping policy.
Are import taxes and customs duties included?
For models priced over $800, yes: your payment includes all import taxes and customs duties, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Look for the "Import tax included" tag on the product.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide from our warehouses in the USA, Canada, Europe and Hong Kong. The product page shows the estimated delivery date. If your address is in a remote area with an extra carrier charge, we'll tell you before shipping.
Are spare parts available for these models?
Yes. We stock spare parts and upgrades for most models we sell — see spare parts and upgrades. If the part you need isn't listed, email us the model and a photo at info@goldlandrc.com and we'll try to source it.
What warranty do I get?
All RC products have a 3-month limited warranty on their electronic parts, from the date of purchase: speed controllers (ESC), receivers and transmitters, motors, battery management systems, circuit boards and electronic modules. If one is defective, contact us within the 3 months with your order number and a description of the problem, and we'll repair or replace the part. Mechanical parts, crash or water damage, modifications, normal wear and batteries (unless faulty on arrival) aren't covered. Full terms: Terms and Conditions, section 12.
Can I return or exchange it?
Yes. Email info@goldlandrc.com for a return number (RMA) and the return address, then send the item back in its original packaging; return shipping is paid by the buyer, and we recommend a tracked service. We process your refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving and checking the item. Exchanges are possible within 30 days of purchase for new, unused items. Built-to-order models can't be refunded for a change of mind once production has started. If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we'll arrange a refund or exchange. Full policy: Return & Refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until it ships: email info@goldlandrc.com as soon as possible. A small cancellation fee for the payment provider's charges is deducted, and the refund reaches your card within 5–7 business days. Built-to-order models can be cancelled only before production starts. After shipping, the normal return process applies. Details: Return & Refund.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely by credit or debit card at checkout. For larger business orders we can also arrange a bank transfer — email us first. If your card is declined, your bank may be blocking an international payment: call them to approve it, then try again.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you the tracking number. Paste it on our Track order page. Larger orders sometimes ship in more than one parcel, so tracking can show "delivered" before everything has arrived.
How can I contact you? Do you have a phone number?
We handle support by email: write to info@goldlandrc.com or use our contact form. Please include your order number if you have one.
Do you offer discounts for bulk, fleet or dealer orders?
Yes. For several units, a business fleet or a shop, email the models and quantities to info@goldlandrc.com and we'll send you a quote. We sell equipment only; we don't rent or lease. For heavy daily use, see our Commercial Fleet models.
Can I use these models outdoors?
Yes, on dry dirt, sand, gravel and light dry snow. The models aren't waterproof: keep them out of water, mud, rain and wet snow, and dry them off after outdoor use. Water damage isn't covered by the warranty.
What's the difference between hydraulic and electric models?
Electric models move with motors and servos. There's no oil to fill or leak, so they're simpler to run and maintain. Hydraulic models use a pump, valves and cylinders filled with hydraulic oil: they're stronger, move more smoothly and are usually heavier metal replicas, but they need some maintenance. Use the "Power system" filter to see one type.
Are these models suitable for kids or beginners?
Electric models are the easiest start: no oil, simple charging and a lower weight. They suit kids with an adult nearby and first-time hobbyists. Hydraulic models are detailed metal replicas for experienced hobbyists, not toys; they need hydraulic oil and occasional maintenance.
