5. Order Cancellation Policy

5.1 Buyer-Initiated Cancellation
If the customer requests to cancel an order after it has been placed, a flat cancellation fee of USD $5 will be deducted from the refund.
This fee covers non-refundable payment-processing and administrative handling costs.

5.2 Store-Initiated Cancellation
If GoldLandRC cancels an order for reasons including (but not limited to):

• Item out of stock

• Pricing or listing error

• Shipping restrictions

• Fraud or security concerns

Then no cancellation fee will apply, and the customer will receive a full 100% refund.

5.3 Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5.4 Agreement
By placing an order on GoldLandRC.com, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

12. Product Warranty

12.1 Warranty Coverage

GoldLandRC provides a 3-month limited warranty on all RC products sold through GoldLandRC.com. This warranty applies exclusively to electronic parts and components and is valid from the date of purchase.

12.2 What Is Covered

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship affecting the electronic components of the RC product, including but not limited to:

• Electronic speed controllers (ESCs)
• Receivers and transmitters
• Motors (electronic components)
• Battery management systems
• Circuit boards and electronic modules

12.3 What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Mechanical parts, body shells, tires, and structural components
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, crashes, or improper operation
• Damage resulting from water exposure (unless the product is rated waterproof)
• Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
• Normal wear and tear
• Consumable parts such as batteries (unless defective upon arrival)

12.4 How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact GoldLandRC within the 3-month warranty period with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. GoldLandRC reserves the right to assess and determine whether the issue falls within the scope of this warranty.

Upon approval, GoldLandRC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective electronic part(s). Shipping costs related to warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

12.5 Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by GoldLandRC for its RC products. It does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law. GoldLandRC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from a product defect.
